Faelin looked around the dark landscape around her. She had no idea where she was, and the monsters were chasing her. They were gaining on her. She ran away from them as fast as she could. She felt an odd sensation as she ran up a hill and passed over the top of it. She ran down the hill and came upon cabins lined up in a horseshoe. She ran down, wondering if there was anyone there. She was so tired, she had been running for days on end, with one last yell for help, she fell on the ground, unconscious.

Chase stood up and looked at Rory."Did you hear that?" He ran outside to see a girl on the ground."HEALERS!!" He yelled grabbing a flask of nectar and pouring some into the girls mouth.

Rory tried to stand up, but her knees buckled underneath her.

She let out a squeak, but tried to cover it as much as she could. She started crawling towards the doorway, her now-weak arms trying to support her.

Faelin felt like she was in a black hole, swirling darkness that never ended. She wondered if she would ever see light again. She saw light ahead, she wondered if she could get to it...

Faelin tried to open her eyes, she was trying to escape the darkness that was surrounding her. When she was finally able to open her eyes, she saw a boy standing above her. "Where am I?" she managed to get out before she blacked out again.
