wassup guys! this is an rp I made. If you like it I will probably make more. And also I might add to this if I don't get the chance to finish.
I stood in line waiting to be picked out. I was the best shooter by far. In case you didn't know I'm in the army now...not that I chose to be. The general stopped in front of me. Staring me in the eye. I didn't look away, I won't let him over rule me.
" private Mad Dog, show them how it's done," he says.
That's my name now Mad Dog. I won't tell you my real name just yet, there's no point.
I step forward as he steps away, hold up my gun, aiming at the target. I fire, hitting the target smack damn in the middle. Before I get the chance to stand back in line I hear something in the distance. I look at the general for permission to go and shoot the intruder or whatever it is. He nods.
I jog to the wire gate. Whatever it was it hadn't come in. I climb over the gate with ease, I had done it about a million times before. I look around. I see nothing. I look behind an old oak tree where I see a girl.
She is not pretty exactly, but you have to admire her bravery to come this close to the base. Most people who come this close die, like she will.
She looks up at me, her brown eyes widen. Her dirty blonde hair is a mess. She wears some baggy jeans and a t-shirt.
" who are you and where are you from?" I ask, my gun against the side of her head.
" my name is Christina and I live in the village" she squeaks, looking into my dark blue eyes.
I know what I have to do...I have to kill her. I bite my lip clicking the bullet into place, ready to shoot.
" please, don't" she begs.
I sigh and piont my gun to the ground. She stands slowly, I can see now that she is about 16, 2 years younger than me.
" Go" I say my voice as hard as rock.
She nods and then takes off down the road. I sigh annoyed at myself. Why couldn't I shoot her? We live in a country vs countr world now. If I can't shoot a innocent person then I'm as good as dead.
Before going back I shoot the tree so the general won't suspect anythin, climbing back over the gate I see the girl in the far distance, looking at me, at least I think it's her. I ignore her and walk back to camp and eat my dinner.
After dinner the general comes to my group. We stand to attention. The general says " well done, group 459. you've completed training and are going to war next week. I will expect all of you to die for your country if the case need be."
we nod but stay standing to attention until he walks away. I try to stay chilled, and to anyone who saw me I did look chilled, but on the inside I was panicking. I couldn't kill an innocent person, how was I meant to kill hundreds!?
That night, after everyone had gone to sleep, I snuck out and climbed over the fence like I do every night. I sit against the old oak tree and look at the small village. Watch the lights go out, into total darkness. In the distance I see a small figure walking over. I reach to grab my gun, but I didnt bring it. I stand up tall ready to go into hand to hand combat, but then I see that it's a girl...the girl I let go earlier.
" I thought I'd taught you a lesson" i said.
" maybe...or maybe I came back to say you can call me chrissy"
" well then, chrissy what are you doing here?"
" What're you doing here?"
" I asked first" I smirk
" fine, I wanted...to see what you do...to see how you train" she says
" you wont be able to see that at night, now will you?"
" true," she says " what're you doing here"
" getting some fresh air"
she nods, " whats your name?"
" Mad Dog, Private Mad Dog"
" whats your real name?"
" why should I tell you?"
" I don't know" she shrugs " is better get back know" he nods and climbs back over the fence without saying good bye and going to sleep.
If if you like that ( in the poll) I will make a part 2. There might be a little more adventure and maybe romance. Message me if you have any ideas on how to finish or whatever.
