I have a question! If you get the one month premium, you get unlimited titles. when it runs out, are all those new titles deleted off the pets, or do they stay...?

Just saw this thread, and even though it's a bit late to answer Mousemallow, it might still interest others..
You don't get unlimited titles with Premium. Even as premium player you only get 5 titles. If you want more than that, you need to buy a Title Scroll from the Premium Store. Therefore, once you have a title you keep it forever (unless you delete it, in which case, I would assume all the pets with that title lose it),
Also, just cause it's different in some other games I know, you can ALWAYS change a pet's title, even if you buy a pet with title from someone else. Even then, you have the option to change the pet's title to one of your own.

Are titles once per person or only one of that title on the site? I wanted to use a title and it said it was already used.
