how do you accept and send trades 

To accept and create a public item trade, go to Trading > Item Trades. You can search through the auctions and exchanges there. Create a new trade by clicking 'Create Lot' at the top.

If you want to sell an item to a specific player go to Inventory > Warehouse, click on the item you want to sell, and choose sell in the drop down box. And then type in the recipient's name and how much you want to sell the item for.

To sell a pet to a specific player, go to the pet's profile, click 'Private Sale'.

To sell a pet publicly, go to the pet's profile and click 'Sell on Auction'.

To exchange pets, click on the pet you want, and select exchange offer. Choose the pet you want to give in exchange in the drop down box.

If someone sends you a trade, the message will appear in your Inbox with the option to accept or reject.

what time would i be able to go to the pund (RL time now 10:32 game time 17:31)

It's based on game time. So when game time hits 00:00 or a minute after 23:59 you can adopt again.
