How exactly does Game Time work? When do new "days" start? Because I've been trying to adopt from the pound and it keeps saying that I already used it today. Does that mean I have to wait for 24 hours to pass?

The time zone for the game is somewhere in eastern europe, places like Greece and Finland. So a new day starts when the date changes in EEST.
For me, for example, I'm on the east coast of the US so the new days starts at 5 in the afternoon. So I could adopt one pet at 4:59pm and then another at 5:01pm.

Oh, that makes sense. I'm in the same timezone as you so I guess I'll have to wait a while!
