Over the past 2 days me and my friends Sunshinesavannh, Dragondreamers have been getting an error message. is it our schools wifi or is it the connection between the wifi and the Url
its only 7 stories.

So it's 403. 403 is a server side restriction for access. This means that this IP is blocked because someone registered multiple accounts on it after getting another batch of their accounts banned a few times. It's not a bug, and I'm afraid we can't remove it because someone on this IP was doing something very wrong, and will continue to do this if we unblock it.

Banned a few times? Superhappy was banned when it happened for other reasons
its only 7 stories.

Sorry, what do you mean by "a few times" and "other reasons"? Ban does not expire no matter what reason caused it.

There was only one batch of accounts banned on that IP from the New Years Ban wave. Superhappy's parents thought she was doing things she wasnt supposed to on here and got her account banned. Then the error notice popped up during the Thallo event at school.

In this particular case IP was blocked, not accounts. It doesn't matter how many accounts were created on that IP. This is the only measure that we can take to prevent the further registration of new accounts by a user who doesn't follow our terms of service.

Why was the IP blocked in April instead of January when the ban wave was done?

It was blocked when we noticed that banned user started creating new accounts.

Hey, I think I have something similar going on. I had just helped my little brother create an account (fuzzhead) and I was going to help my sister too, but it said: Sorry, but we only allow one register per 3 hours per IP adress. We used two different computers for the two registers. Please help!

QueenSairai, please wait until cooldown expires. You will be able to create the second account on the same IP in 3 hours. This is not a bug but a firewall against bot scripts registering multiple accounts in short periods of time.

There are restrictions against IP adresses? You actually READ our computer IP adresses?!?!?! No offense, but... that seems... unfair and kinda... um... hmm, I don't know how to put it... :(
