I was exploring with my Dragon lvl 11, my first one pet, and he just can't leave the exploration map, and i don't know why. The portal just appears like it was turned off.

Do you mean that portal button isn't active for you? Please move your pet onto the portal tile to activate it. The possibility to exit the island from any point is a premium feature. Your newbie premium membership trial has expired, so no you can exit only when standing on the portal tile.
