They can be found in explore, in chests, and from some buildings. Alternatively, you can probably get one really fast by looking for a blueprint/scheme giveaway in the contests/giveaways subforum.
I often have some good pets in my Pound/Giveaways tab. Feel free to ask for one of them.

Maybe, try looking in the Item Trades as well if you still need it.
