When two Deviants have a non-deviant baby, does that baby "carry" Deviance so that the baby's children have a higher chance of becoming Deviant?

No,it's the same chance for all pets to have deviants.

The only way to increase deviants chance is to use DCAs (deviant color amplifier) which can be found only during special events.
