i have 1 liquid devient and one hibernating egg how do i get the devient onto the egg?

What you have to do is get the recipe for an Activated Egg (Level 1), either from the state store or buy it from someone, and then you use the hibernating egg and the liquid deviance to craft the Activated Egg.
Whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.
