I know with Blueprints you can get 4 (an example) and add them to what you have to take the price of it away does that include Items/schemes? and also can u keep adding Blueprints/schemes till no price is needed?

You can reduce the price, but a limited number of times. I think you are only allowed to reuse a blueprint 5 times.

This works on any recipe that costs silver. I've forgotten how many extra schemes it takes but the most you can reduce the price by is 50%.
