Can any pet go through the Europa Diversity Program or is it one pet per player that can participate? Last time was fun, but I would love to go through it again.

You can use it with as many pets as you want as long as you can find the building in Explore with that pet. For female pets, you can even use it multiple times with the same pet. The only pets who can't use it are neutered pets and kamis.
