I am on the tutorial and it asked me to prepare an expedition. It says in the tip that i have three people already and i just need to place them and click prepare an expedition. There is no button to click and there isn't any people other than the ones you are able to buy.

You have one of each catcher type by default in the tutorial. Please check this video to see how to set them and where to find the preparation button:
If you have issues with popups or buttons appearing, please make sure that no antimalware or browser addons block them.
