how does a pet aquire hold the line? it says to gp 3 and fifteen battle wins i have a pet with both but not get hold the line how come?

Which pet are you referring to? I took a look at your squads, and none of them have a pet with both GP3 and 15 tactic wins. Maybe you're confusing arena wins with tactic wins?

This pet has only 4 tactic wins. Arena wins don't count for unlocking battlefield tactics. You can get tactic wins by beating other squads on the battlefield.
