I named my unicorn, but I mispelt his name, and now I can't rename him. Is this something that is supposed to happen, and is there another way I can change his name, or will he have to have the same name all his life?

You can only change a pet's name by using an Amnesia Potion. You can find them as rare drops in Explore or buy them in the Premium Shop.
