I am having trouble with gifting items to this user.  When I try, I get a blank page instead of the confirmation that the message has been sent.  I was able to send a blueprint to this user earlier, and gifting to other users seems to work perfectly.  

I can't see any indication that the user I can't gift to has been banned, so I'm pretty confused.

I haven't tried gifting to them before or gifting to other users recently, but I have tried gifting to the user over the course of a couple days, and each time it doesn't work. There is no indication that the user has been banned either. Same problem as MeanDM.
