so,my inn randomly has spetial vistors like ones you use an invite to have them come to your inn. is this normal?

This is perfectly normal. You will have lots of guests at your inn that you did not invite. They wander on in. Which is good news for you. A lot of these visitors have perks for you and your stable!
The invites are if you want to invite certain people to your inn instead of just having random visitors.
If you hover over the invites listed on this page you can see what each vistor does.
