Hallo!

 There are some squad points, that can be found, when you click on the area info of a zone occupied by squad on the battlefield. I am really confused aboust those, I havent found anything written about them in the tactic FAQs.. It alo seems, that they are changig quite often. My squad had 12+ and suddenly, it has 6+. 

Can anybody please tell me how this works and what it is good for?

This is the number of attack points rolled by the squad. "+" means that there may be additional points earned for defense, movements and tactics depernding on the opponent's  roll.

S it means that it works somehow like an indicator how good is the Defence roll of the squad?

Yes, it allows to make aa bery rough estimation how successful was the squad when making the defence roll, at least when scoring the attack points.

Somehow, I was trying to roll as much defences as possible in my defence rolls..:) 

Defence maneuvers  are required for defence builds, so there's nothing wrong with this if your squad is specialized for defence tactics. They aren't better or worth than attack or movement builds, and all of them have their pros and cons. If you have high level pets with enough maneuvers unlocked to get different builds from the same squad, then you need to adjust your rolls depending on what opponent you're expecting to fight.
