Not sure if bug or not but I have been exploring exclusively in the desert islands and haven't found a single piece of wood. Lots of stone, clay to a lesser extent, but no wood.

Also, I am finding food packets at more than 20 piece groupings. Wasn't the food spawn cap at 20? I am most certainly not using Harvestor Throdama that may explain the increased item sizes.

There's no wood in desert because there's no trees. Different biotopes have different balance of materials.

If you have Carpo, you have a constant bonus to food gathering for all your pets.

Ah, Angel, with you mentioning the Carpo bonus, I was wondering if the ability is stacked for multiple Carpos or if it is meant to be so that you only get the increase for one. I managed to get three during the event, my own and two from perfectly legitimate trades, and wasn't sure how that would work. I don't think I've asked yet but, if my memory is just failing me here, would you mind refreshing it for me? Thanks~

Also.... please, please, and I mean please, give us some News! I have been dying to read whatever closing story is given for the end of Carpo's event... and yet it hasn't come. I've gone as far as to write and post my own in the event's thread but I want something that is canon XD Is nothing planned for that?

Carpo bonus can be summed up only with individual Harvester bonus but not with other Carpos, so you get bonus only from one of your three pets. Taking into account the possibility to get a few of the same kami now, it would be unbalanced to allow superimposing here.

The next news update is planned for this Saturday. However we didn't plan any updates for Carpo. This time nothing crucial was happening, she just came, helped, showed herself on the feast and left :) Seeing how villagers are struggling to restore the damage done by the Kami of Apocalypse two cycles ago and fearing that they won't manage to replenish the resources fast enough, Carpo decided to help them in the last cycle. She done her work and was pleased to see the result, the great autumn feast in her honor. Of course, she couldn't resist and show herself to celebrate the success, and granted her constant blessing to the lords who were the most hard-working and caring about their lands to make sure that their lands will always stay bountiful and thriving.

Thanks! It seems a little silly to me though for there to have been nothing planned for Carpo's leaving due to nothing crucial happening considering that backstory which wasn't explained during the event and the fact that Amor's parting was done in two sentences. I'm going to go ahead and include what you just told me in my "Gathering the History of Europa" thread since, based on Carpo's event, I don't see where many users, if any at all, would have drawn that connection to the Apocalypse Kami.
