also i put one in auctions and its at 210k so it does not seem to affect much :/

So, since I was the last bidder, when are you going to send over the item sale request? If you don't know how -- Inventory: Warehouse - The item in question - Action: Sell - Input name - input price - and send. (Note: The split for the two items is 150k for Expand Stable Scroll and 50k for the 100 vermillion.)
PS. The reason for that is because you didn't place a buyout price,. It's a hassle doing a bidding war, since most of the other guys will just increase the amount by a small margin when they aren't the last bidder. Next time try putting it up for 250k and a buyout of 500k
