I was in a battle on the Battlefield when I noticed the opposing squad's Regeneration moves were scoring defense points against my Blinding Attack. Is it supposed to be that way? And if so, does that mean Blinding Attack is essentially useless against squads with species-specific defense moves?

Not sure if it's actually a bug or not, just wanted to be sure.

Looks like a bug, otherwise piercing attacks become almost useless and lose their main purpose as a counteraction for the full defence squad builds.
