According to my catcher thing, I have
Mammal Catcher x4
Bird Catcher x4
but I can't place them in catching. I tried buying another (which brought my mammal count from 3 to 4) and it wouldn't let me place any.

GloriousGoat, you have only 2 licenses. You need to purchase one more to place the third catcher.
