I think that when you make it, it gives you vermillion for a certain amount of days. Is that right?

Yep, in the same way that all Golems multiply the number of materials used in their construction. In the case of Vermillion you spend 30 to make the Golem and receive 6 Vermillion a day from it for 10 days, effectively doubling the amount spent.

Good! Does it work once for every player EVER? Or does it work i you have the scheme and build it? Can you build it after one runs out?

All blueprints can be used a limitless number of times. However, you can only have 1 Golem per type (material) made at once. If you make a Vermillion Golem you'll have to wait 10 days to make another one.
