Hello there!

Not sure if this is me having a derp or something weird going on. On the 'Capture Wild Pet' page, it says that I have 4 Licenses avaliable, yet I can only hire/place 3 little catchers.
I even checked my Inventory, and I have 4 licenses there as well, so it's not a delay in how many I really have.

I have enough silver to hire another little manthing, so it's not that as the issue. Is this a known bug, or something that I've managed to mess up with?

You have to have a level 2 hunters guild to be able to place more catchers, regardless of how many lisences/silver you have.

I don't think there is a level 2 hunters building, but there is an Inn and there might be a hunting commander of sorts as a visitor. When you have that guy staying you can position a 4th hunter on the map.
