While BK is working fine now there were a few minutes around 4:44 PM (eastern time on 8/20/15) when the site wouldn't load and a "Server Not Found" page popped up in its place. Did anyone else have this problem? Was there some site maintenance or issue with the server going on?

I've been on the site all day and I hadn't experienced that.

We didn't get any downtime notifications for a few months already, so probably this was something on the line from your ISP to our server.

I had another episode of this today starting at around 3:42 AM (eastern time) and resolving around 4:00 AM (although I wasn't checking on it constantly for it to be fixed). Was this an issue with my ISP again?

I suffered the timeout as well. It went on for quite a while.
