I can't find it for the price I can afford. I know that its expensive and I don't have the money or resources it would take to fairly trade for one. However I would really really appreciate it if someone could sell me one cheap as a favor.... Yes, I am a noob and being a noob makes it hard to really get started how I want to. I would be forever grateful <3

You can look for stable blueprints, they allow you to go up to a 200 pets limit relatively cheaply and easily.

also, it takes a lot of dedication but if you do a lot of exploring, hold onto valuable items like rainbow jars/energy drinks/magic fruits and then sell them all at once on public trades. you pretty much only need to sell 100-200k silver worth of stuff to get to top 10 in item trades and get 10 gold coins. do the same next week and you have the gold necessary to buy an expand stable scroll ^^
