occasionally when i'm exploring i get a building that gives me a pop up like: You should have Genetic Power grade 1.
so what are they and how do i get them?

You need to have two same species, different gendered pets that reach level 50. If you breed them, their baby will have a genetic power grade of one.
If you get that baby to level 50 and breed that to another level 50 pet, their baby will have a genetic power grade level of 2. You can go up to a genetic grade level of 3, but I believe that's the highest. c:
If you go to a pet page that you own and hover over the question mark next to their "Genetic Power" under their characteristics, that should explain it.
