Hi!

So, I'm building a breeding plan and I grew a bit confused. 

The thing I don't get is Gene Power. What does it affect? Is it the base for a Characteristic on level 1? If yes, what Group pairs with what Characteristic? I tried to figure it out, but I only got more confused... Can somebody please give me little advice?

Short version -- The gene power pretty much affects if it'll be dominate or recessive.

I'll show you an example, and explain it:

He has Poisonous Teeth [PT] & Stench[St] Dominate, but Acid Gland [AG] and Venomous Skin [VS] Recessive, and Gene Power is the reason why.

If you hover your mouse over the respective gene, it'll give you some information regarding the gene, and if you look at the Gene Power of the dominate gene, [PT] and [St] it has 40, while the recessive [AG]  and [VS] has only 30, thus [PT] and [St] are the dominate gene.

To sum it up, the dominate gene, if there are two different genes, is the gene with higher Gene Power. This is also the reason why degeneration can be fatal, as it increases the Gene Power of any Red (from the 'List of Genes') coloration genes you have.

OH! Ok, I get it! So summed up again, if you desired to have the Acid gland dominant/active on your pet, it has to have it homozygous or else everything would be dominant over it!
