SO! Hi and thank you for clicking! Does anyone know why the 'Sword' item has a scheme but is not in the 'List of Recipes?' 

Also where can I get one and what are they used for?

Scheme: Sword :: A design for crafting the Sword of War.
Sword :: The instrument of War. The tempered steel doesn't leave any chance to survive for his enemies.

Seeing as it mentions War, I believe this is an item that was around during the Kami event, Kami of the Apocalypse. Kami event recipes are not added to the List of Recipes. With them being Kami event items, they are not relevant anymore (as far as I'm aware) so you don't need to get them, and while I don't know the recipe it's possible that it requires items that were exclusive to the event period and can no longer be found.

Yes, it was from the Kami event. You needed it to acquire 'War' the Kami. The scheme has no active use at the moment. However, people still may be selling them or the associated event items.
