I currentlly have 3 pumas and 1 gryphon stuck on islands.  It seems like if I have a pet lose all of its energy in a battle then I get kicked off as usual. but if there is nothing left to fight and my pet has energy, the portal isn't activating to send them home!

I cleared cache, deleted cookies, logged out and in, tried 3 different browsers and nothing fixed the issue....

Please move your pets to portal tile to leave the island. Your demo premium subscription has expired, so now you don't have a perk that allowed you to quit from any place on island.
