So I couldn't find the answer to this in any of the FAQs so I was hoping someone here could answer my question. If I have two pets with the same recessive gene, is it possible that a baby born from them will have that gene as dominant? Or will it always be outpowered by green genes? I just want to know so I don't spend my time (and breeding points) on fruitless missions to get recessive genes that might be impossible to pass down.

It is poissible, and is one of the ways to breed for genes.

For instance, look at my Cockatrice http://beastkeeper.com/pet/507122 -- His mother and Father both had recessive Venomous Skin, while he has it at homogeneous.
