I have a least 2 unicorns that fit the discripiton with colour genes reserched but it still will not let me do the quest?
The quest is (Warlocks is looking for a Black Unicorn with high intuition (80) which is Descendant of Heroes in 2 generations or higher)

@Namora are they greyed out? The pet may otherwise be busy or not have the energy to do the quest. Which pets are the ones that could do it but are not appearing?

Namora, I don't see any black unicorns in your stables. At this moment you don't have any pets for this quest.

I have 2 black unis in my no group tab GP3 and Ted however I now see that they have creem as a pattern and when I look that up they get called silver so that may be why there are not showing.
I am now starting to asume that black refers to a spasific coat type not just the colour.
I am sorry each time I have thought I have a bug it has been me not fully understanding a small element of the game.

Yes it is the coat type. You would need black color and normal pattern for a black unicorn
