I have always had 1 Reptile Catcher for free, now the count is on 0. I have 35 free licenses and 130/200 pets in my stable, so that shouldn´t be the problem.

Of course I can hire one, it doesn´t cost the world, but I would really like to get my free one back.

It shouldn't have been free. You must have hired a lot of them or used them rarely. Anyways, it'll be sad to know but you cannot have any free catchers. If the count reduces to 0, you are bound to hire them if you'd like to catch wild pets.

Hope my answer wasn't wrong and hope it was helpful! :)

Thank you :), but that doesn´t make it any clearer for me. I always have 1 Reptile catcher and 2 of the other ones (except the magic one of course), where I don´t have to click on that "Hire one for 200 silver" - if I have enough stable place and licenses. But as I looked now, I had 1 Reptile catcher like normal. Maybe that the catchers are not free and that through game mechanics the sum is subtracted without my notice, but it is still a little bit confusing.

Perhaps while your catcher was doing his duty he encountered a particularly fierce animal that chased him away? That is the only way to lose catchers, in which case you need to hire another to replace the one that ran away.

 I need: 2 Money Tree Saplings; 3 Nightcat; 1 Warehouse (lvl 6)

Ah, that was it :) - I have looked through the log and there was written that a reptile catcher ran away. It seems that not many of my catchers have done that until now, otherwise I should have noticed that before, because I am regulary going to catch wild pets. Thank you :)!
