I have bred a Roc with owl, and grey, as her markings and colors, with a Roc that has white deviance, and normal owl markings.  My question is, does breeding my Roc with a deviant roc increase the chance of getting a deviant or no? Or does that only work if the two colors were the same.  Like if my Roc was normal white, while the male Roc was deviant white, would that increase the chances or is it still 1/10?

Otherwise I just bred the two hoping to get deviant markings since I love the owl face!

No, it doesn't increase the chances. A homozygous baby always has a 1/10 chance for single deviance and 1/100 for double (double may appear only in case if both parents have single or double deviance)

The only thing that increases deviance chances is event item called Deviant Color Amplifier but it's not available at this moment.
