When going to view my custom skins this morning I received a pop up, as shown in the screenshot below. Clicking okay allows me to continue to the My Custom Skins page, but the "sharing" row that usually says if it is private or public is missing. I wasn't able to add 2 screenshots (is there a way to do that?), so here's what I see with the missing "shared" row.
