I understand that red stats are bad, but can you bring them up? And why are some red, when they aren't low level skills(comared to the other skills)? Is there a good way to raise stats?

Red stars mean degenerative pet. So this is caused by inbreeding. Example, if you breed two pets that are related in within 3 generations.
Oh, and to bring the characteristics usually, there are magic fruits in the premium shop. However if you don't have gold you candy find the exploring.
Also try changing the food stars, go to Sylviianel's food guide under player guides to find out why.
I hoped it helped!

Umm, apologies if you got all the answer you needed, but reading your question seems to be about something other than inbreeding..
Red stats simply mean that the pet has a dominant gene with a negative impact - say for example Slow Minded, which is a Brain gene and reduces the Intelligence stat by 25%. The stat will show red to show you that this gene is negatively affected by a gene. On a sidenote, this is one way to help you determine which genes a pet might have, even wihout researching its genes.
On the opposite side are the green stats, which are affected by genes with a positive effect (like Smart, which increases Intelligence by 25%). The only difference here is that stats can also turn green when the pet has Genetic Power (or is a descendant of heroes, as it's also called).
You can still bring red stats up, but they will be affected by the negative gene (take longer to be raised). Let's take Slow Minded again. As I said, this gene reduces Intelligence by 25%. So if you raise Intelligence by 4 points, the gene will make it so that only 3 points are actually added to the stat (25% of 4 is 1).
