I have a windows tablet, the Nokia Lumina 2520. Most of the siteis lovely, and my multitab function works well. However, if I go to quests or a simular drop down, I can not scroll. It is preventing me from entering my pets in the exhibition properly. Anyone have any sugestions? No I do not have a computer, and I can log on on my mobile butI really can only access messages effecently.

I access the site on my Nokia Lumia 1020 Phone CONSTANTLY. I have this problem too. But only on Beastkeeper. So I -totally- understand. Trust me. There are so many things I need to do (like messages) but I only have access to my phone at the time. I can do messages, but it is a bit of a pain.

The drop down menus don't work, I have to hold down the tab navigation button and then click quickly before they go away,  and my message box doesn't work (unless I am using the basic text editor). It only lets me type in the area of the box I can see. After that I can't scroll down or see what I've wrote, it won't scroll unless it is a message chain.

I actually downloaded the incognito browser ap. It actually pops up with all the possible options in the drop down.

A lot of my navigating problems I solved by making a site map: http://beastkeeper.com/thread/6207

I bookmarked it.

I know we have lots of users who access on an ipad and other devices. I'd love to see more mobile support. In a dream world, and I mean dream world, I would love an ap. But I don't even know how that stuff works... o.0

So its likely Nokia, as my LGG3 works fine -_- The only real issues I have is dropdown lists. I cant scroll them at all. The rest seems mostly okay. Unfortauntly, Windos tabs do not really support other browsers IE is the worst!

I've played around with the tablets in bestbuy (I work nearby, and have nothing better to do on break) and most of them (with the exception of some Apple Ipads) do not support the drop down menus. My older ipod does not work.

IE is okay for certain things. Like Chrome has issues accessing certain sites, and Firefox is usually great. Apparently BK is used well with IE. But I end up using Chrome.

I would love some mobile support though!

Thank you for the details. It's in fact a browser issue, not device. We will try to fix it with the next update. We weren't aware that there's such a problem appeared with some of the new devices (it still works fine on my Google Nexus tablet and Lenovo smartphone in any browser). On the moment of development the library that we use for customized dropdown was working on all major OS / browser combinations but now it seems that it has become a bit outdated and we need to code a new solution for this.

Please clear the browser cache on your device and try now. We updated the dropdown library and tested it with iPhone. Unfortunately, we can't test it on the whole range of devices ourselves but hopefully the issue should be gone now.

Angel- Thank you so much for making this work so quickly. I noticed the change and came here to look. This is wonderful!! The pet selection works much better now! I can't wait until the drop down menus work! The site will be so much more accessible to me. :) I really do appreciate it.

Any chance that explore will work? (The pet does not stay on the map but off in the corner, so I can never tell where I am moving).

Nightingale, we're trying to fix the problem with menu dropdowns on Windows phones. It's a bit more complex than we thought.

As for the explore problems, I couldn't reproduce it. Looks like explore javascript didn't load on your side for some reason. Is this issue persistent or do you have it from time to time? Do you experience this only in the default browser or in third party browsers as well? Did you try clearing browser cache (just in case if a corrupted js was cached)?

Actually using the internet explorer on my Windows 8 Phone. I will take a screenshot showing the issue and post it at a later time. I was able to reproduce it on a friends Window's 8 Tablet once. I haven't been able to work in properly on my phone before. I can move around but the pet just stays well off the map. I will also clear my cache and see if that helps.

I'm so glad that it is being looked into though!

Thank you!

*Steals your thread* Sorry! I'm just so happy this is being looked into! The site is already more fun via my phone now. I will post the explore image in bugs tonight.

I was wondering Angel- When I use the text editor (non HTML) I can't scroll past the original box size. I can still write but cannot view, select, or move below the base of the text box. If I want to write a linger message I need to do it in an AP first. Then move it. However, if I am replying to a string of messages I can move and view past the "edge" of the text box.
