I was just checking the Tactics from Tactics FAQ. I noticed the 'Requirements' and instantly a quick question hit my head.

Except for the one noted as "Compensation", others' requirements added different stages of battle wins. I was wondering wins from which ''battle'' it meant. Arena or Battlefield?

It is tactic wins. Arena battles don't give any useful experience for group battles.
