Intro::
I'm wanting to work on proposing a new species for the site, but I know a big part of this will be the visuals. Since I'm not too great of an artist I'm wanting to pay someone who can help make this real. The artwork has to be similar to the style of the bases of the existing species and be of the same, or better, quality. After a base is made I'll also pay for several skins made using the base to represent and show off possible colors and patterns.
Project::
So, the project has the 2 parts, the base and the skins. The species I am wanting done is called Girallon. It is a gorilla who instead of having 2 legs and 2 arms, has 2 legs and 4 arms. I have permission from the original artist to share that image in these forums and I'd like to thank ProdigyDuck of deviantart for allowing this.
As said, the base needs to be similar in artstyle of those already done to show what the species would look like if it were to be implemented into the game. I hope the above Girallon will work as a suitable reference for any artists up to the task.
As for skins, I am still working out the details of what genes I think would work for the species, and possible proposing the idea of new genes that are unique to the Girallon, but some colors I am wanting would be:
- Orangutan
- White Ape
- Silverback
- Capuchin
- Squirrel Monkey
If you can think of more color patterns that would look nice then feel free to make your own, but keep them realistic.
