How's everyone doing? :D

It's been a really long time since I was last online. I recently saw someone on another site I frequent mention beastkeeper and came running back. Looks like the site is doing fairly well. Last time I was online the site was still in beta...

Anyways, hopefully I'll stay much longer this time and will meet some more amazing people! I put a small About Me sort of thing on my profile.

So, what's been going on here lately? c:

Hello!

Welcome back!

I'm not sure when you left, but we've had a new Kami event! And we recently introduced a new pet called the Lykos!

Check out the news post updates for more detailed information.

Hopefully you are able to pick up skiing! I've been on skis since I could walk and I teach Nordic and Alpine skiing ocassionally! I am an avid alpine skiier, but enjoy nordic races more :) Now I have my dog pull me when I am skiing (It's called skijoring). Check out my profile for a picture of it!

If you need help catching up or have questions feel free to ask!

Thanks Night! :)

Sounds like I missed some awesome events. Oh well I'm sure there's much more to come and wow.... the lykos are really beautiful 8D

That's awesome! Sometimes I envy all you people who've been doing things like skiing, swimming, rock climbing since they've been little. Skijoring looks like a lot of fun!  Hm, has Colt ever been really lazy and decided not to pull you? xD

There will always be plenty more! And lykos will probably be pretty cheap soon :)

Hahaha. You should have seen him when we first put the harness on. He didn't like it that much... But he got over it in about 10 minutes. He loved to pull, always did. He has so much energy that he needed a job. I don't think I've ever seen him tired, even after working out for awhile!

When we were first training him commands he randomly would decide he was bored and tried to do something else (not a good idea when I'm attached, but luckily there is a quick release). He is a smart pup though and now knows many commands (line out, gee, haw, woah, hup, and AHAHHAHAHA STOP).

It is so much fun, I feel like I'm flying! He doesn't do all the pulling, I do provide some power myself, especially on hills and such.
