I am looking for a male Lykos that has a dominant or recesive merle gene. I would love it if I could breed with a male. Thanks!

He has 7 other positive genes, including Tireless Heart and Ice Aura, but he has a dominant Light Bones and Clumsy Paws.

Sure thing :) He has plenty of breed points and i had a lovely little suprise when I came on to beastkeeper today.....I bred him with my recessive merle girl (Rebel Heart) and they have had a beautiful little boy who will be BROWN MERLE!!! And somehow he's ended up with the merle as dominant and recessive ^_^

wolfspirit, that's amazing! I have yet to see a Merle Lykos owned by any users. Think I can possibly breed with him as well once he's older?

Sure Sylviianel :) I think so far there aren't many merles out there.....
My sister has seen about 3 or 4 across the whole site so I'm feeling super lucky about now lol ^_^

I have a couple with a recessive gene, but haven't seen any dominant ones, and I haven't seen any homozygous ones before your guy!

I have another recessive male, but nothings came through with him so far. But Mosu has definitely proven his worth so far, I've bred him with both my recessive gened girls and I now have 3 brown merle lykos pups all from him! And that's from 3/3 breeds. And they are all homozygous too, so I'll be breeding him very carefully I think....but as I've said you and Sakreeno are welcome to breed with him :) Hopefully some other colours will come through from him too. I'd love to swap a brown merle for another colour ^_^

There are 23 dominant merle lykos on the site, 13 are male.
Indiana, Emmie1977, Shaetil, wolfspirit, thebeastkeeper, Karakurt, and Purplelove have the males. Indiana and Emmie 1977 have the majority of them.
If you want a list let me know and I can copy one for you in a PM. It may help you narrow your search if those people are willing to do a breeding trade :)
