When you are out bid on a item isnt your money supposed to come back to your balance?

Your bid will be returned to you when the auction ends if you lost it.

Veracity, if you want to bid on the same lot, your balance will be charged only for the difference between your previous bid and you new bid. You don't have to pay the same bid twice for the lot if you're outbid.

bid money will come back (IF YOU LOSE) at the end of the auction, not just when youre outbid!
