As mentioned that is what happened, not sure what's going on since I've seen squads of 8 in there before....I used them all at once....
Boards < Bugs & Suggestions < Bugs Archive < Used Four Mercenary Scrolls only 5 Squad slots?

Did you use Mercenary License scrolls before these 4? If no then everything is correct - you got 1 squad slot from building and 4 squad slots from scrolls. If you used more than 4 scrolls in total, please confirm. We'll check the logs and find out why this happened and refund you the glitched scrolls.

Okay I went back and found that I misinterpeted the item it made it where I can have up to 5 squads total not have extra slots in my squad sorry about that. If I'm correct XP
