When I enter the quest area by clicking the Quest tab, I see the little man behind the counter and a Submit button.  That's all.  No quests. There's not even a blank space for the quests to be.  I've tried to access it multiple times with the same results. 

I've been sending my pets on quests until this morning, 12/16/14.  

I'm using Google Chrome.  Windows 7.

According to the logs you already completed all of your quests for today. The next set will be generated after game reset at midnight. You can also build an Embassy to increase your quest limit by 2.
