We do not know eachother  and normally I would not speak out on an open board to a person that I did not know and certainly not interfere in a dispute that  did not concern me directly.

But I am going to use the privelge of age...I am almost 71.. and hope that you will accord me a little respect  as you would a grandparent.

This event has brought out a wonderful community spirit and I believe that was a part of the plan.. to see if  we could work together  in harmony, and promote new and lasting friendships.

It was working so well, people were having fun and helping as best they could..quite lovely to see in my opinion.

Some of us are not very good at battles and some are very good... some are very young and like myself there are older players too.. we are a mixed bunch of many different nationalities..but are all united in loving this game

So I am asking you very politely and nicely... please think again... don't spoil it for everyone by taking away their chance to get a new and exciting pet

Nightingale's EDIT: The forums are not the place for such conduct. PM's belong to you and the other user. If you have an issue bring it to a staff member. Posting on the forums disrupts other users' game play.

We both understand that forums and a gameplay are not related. And there is no rule "do not post screenshots". She called me liar and said that she never wrote the text that is on that screenshot. I posted the screenshot to prove that i am honest. You removed it to cover her. Same you gave me 2 warnings and cleaned up the same stuff after NBW w/o any notes. Everything is pretty obvious. Thanks for all your hard moderation work :)

Any personal difficulties that a player has with other players in PM should stay in PM. Please feel free to report any abusive PMs to me and then add the player that sent them to your Black List. Publishing PMs on boards won't solve the conflict but will escalate it and will force other players to read the quarrelling.

We also care about privacy of our players. Though posting private messages isn't illegal, it's undobtfuly unethical and creates ill atmosphere in the community.

Nightingale's Edit: I'm sorry you feel that way. But by posting a PM you are violating one of BK's (and just common decency) rules of breaching what should be a private conversation, and making it public- soley for the purpose of targeting another user. 

As far as me seeming to favorite a user. I downloaded your screenshot, and I even showed it to Angel (and I told you I did such). My job is to present evidence as well. I gave you warnings and locked this thread because I was at work on a bad connection. I could not deal with it, nor did I have the time to at that point. So I did what I could. The thought was that later on I could go back and gain more information and deal with the rest of it when I had some actual time to dedicate to the matter. You progressed things however by continuing to disregard my wishes and the rules by reposting the image and continuing to oust myself and others. The general public should not see private chats, you had no grounds, nor right, to post them. BK respects users' privacy and will continue to do so. That is why I removed your screenshot, not because of any favoritism. I implore you to see beyond your anger and look at some of the basic facts. 

Also, I am unclea on which rule you seem to have think that I broke? 

You are in violation of the following:

1. Treat other members respectfully. No trolling or harrasment of other members.

8. The actions and decisions of administration are not for dispute. Please voice your concerns in a polite manner.

7. No pornography, violence, adult content etc. Let's keep this place friendly. -Under this I am saying that you are creating a hostile environment by egging on users in a seemingly unprovoked fashion.

I will not deny that I have friends on this forum, after all I am allowed to. But you will not see me behaving in an impartial manner or using favoritism. I was chosen for this position because of my ability to keep the peace and moderate from an unbiased standpoint. To be in someone elses' shoes if you will. 

What you have done, now granted my only side of the story is based on the forums, is attack users and provoke fights. 

You came to this thread, which was peaceful and questioned the identity and integrity of another user in what the general public is seen as unprovoked. You called people names. You breached someone's privacy by exposing a private chat. You fostered a hostile environment. You know full well that your posts would incite anger- this is trolling. Which is not allowed. Quite frankly, it is the most frustrating kind of thing to deal with on our end. You are posting soley to upset people. There is no rule saying that we cannot work together for a common goal, esecially when it is in an informal manner that does not target or leave out anyone. You came here to start a fight. You crossed the line.

I fail to see which rules I have broken. Please elaborate, I do not see a basis for your concern. You questioned my authority, both in a PM and publically. This is a direct violation of rule #8 and to be honest I feel pesonally targeted. I felt like you wanted to get a rise out of me, like you were tempting me. 

As such, you have been permanantly silenced from the forums.

EDIT: OH, by the way, I never called you a liar, and I never said I didnt write that, by the way.

EDIT 2: by the way, the post you linked is seemingly for forums, not so  much private pm, which is called 'private' messages for a reason.

I HAVE LOCKED THIS THREAD. I am at work and cannot deal with this at the moment. I will return later.

If you do not have anything nice to say then please do not say anything. Calling names and targeting users is rude. Also, PM's are private chats. Exposing them is also considered rude. DO NOT make posts with the intention of starting a fight or discomfort. 

This thread is meant for chat about the event.

If someone would like to make a new chat that is OK. But please know, that any further misconduct will also block that thread.  

Any further targeting from either side will receive warnings, a silence ban for forums, and so forth.
