Hey I have a quest: Sports Association is looking for a tough (38) Cockatrice which is Descendant of Heroes in 3 generations for a solemn ceremony

The quest is telling you correctly because that pet is entirely unsuitable. It has no genetic power and only 25 constitution.

it said tough 38 and its strength is above that...so it should be fine...

It's not "strong", it's "tough" so your pet doesn't fit by Constitution like Lytala already mentioned. Also please note that there is second parameter that doesn't fit as well.

ok now Im confused...toughness is measured by strength isnt ? also the second parameter does fit..the cockatrice is a descendant in hero in 3 generations...a hero is a beast that reaches lvl 50 and she has that in both her parents, grandparent, greatgrandparents and greatgreatgrandparents so she is a descendant in 3 gens..
