Gyphons were always my favorite and i was getting overwhelmed with keeping up with all the species so i decided to specialize in gryphons for now. However there is almost never any amount of wildborn gryphons in the sales auctions, every pet i pick up in the pound is bred and there is never one on my catcher map i decided to make this thread.
Wildborn Gryphons only. Aka the ones with two wild pets as parents.
No more then 2 red genes please. The only way i will accept more is if it has a dominant of one of the wanted genes i list below. Or if it is a really good color.
Wanted genes: Massive Beak, Musicalbeak, Acute Eyesight, Quickmind, Berserker, Agile Paws, Spurs, Steel Bones, Gracefulness, Steel Muscles, Lionheart, Sharp Feathers.
Prices:
Non-Reasearched:
500 silver for your standerd directly off the map gryphon. (As much as you get for dumping them in the pound). For every green gene i will add an extra 100 silver.
Reasearched:
I will not accept a gryphon that does not have at least one of the wanted genes somewhere, dominant or recessive.
1000 silver for researched gryphon. Again add 100 silver for every good dominant gene
3000 silver if it has a dominant wanted gene. However i will take 100 off for every dominant red gene.
Partially Reasearched:
This will probably be a case by case section as this can vary so much, but the standerd 3000 silver for dominant wanted genes is still in place.
Colors and levels:
I will take all colors but of course some colors are rarer and more valuable. So i will compensate that. Here is a loosly based model of the extra money i will pay for a gryphon (aka add onto whatever category they are in already). If it is one of the two bottom categorys then throw out my only 2 red genes rule.
+100: White-tailed Kite,
+500: Snowy, barn owl,
+700: sparrowhawk, ocelot, yellow bicolor
+800: Snow leopard, siamese, robin, chesnut
+1000: tiger, any of the black ones on the bottom row
I will also add extra money based on what level the gryphon is at. This i will do as a case by case though.
Since i suck at pricing based on color and levels i will be happy to to hash out any compliants in this department.
Trades:
Anything in my Trades tab and TradesV tab is up for trade for gryphons. All except Nuka, Toran, and Kira is up for a basic unreasearched gryphon <-> pet trade. Those 3 i mentioned are at high enough lvls i think special cases will be made.
