where can I find spirit in a jar, snakes eye or money tree saplings?
and why is it so difficult to find stable lvl 5 and warehouse lvl 6?
I collect custom skined pets...

Those items as well as the blueprints you mentioned come from the Battlefield. You need to hold the centre point while the dwellers of the moon ask for trading goods, trade them specific items and then get that stuff.
