Has anyone noticed the Europa Diversity Breeding Program as announced to a visitor of the Fertility Shrine? I have found no information on this anywhere.
Is there a pattern by which to distinguish what fathers are being chosen for this seemingly voluntary program, apart from a "donation of a genetic code", that a male visitor can participate in?
Pregnancy from the shrine does not seem to be included in the number of breedings available for each pet.

I'm wondering this too. I just bred my unicorn with an all green gp3 unicorn in the new building, and I wanna know if it was specifically selected or just lucky XD
Also, does anyone happen to know if glittering sand appears apart from treasure chests? I've pretty much drained all my located islands, and so far I've only found glittering sand twice, both in treasure chests.

In my case, the father has GP3 as well.
An off-topic answer to an off-topic question: The glittering sand can be found lying freely on the ground, which, in this case of a desert, can be difficult to spot.
