tell me please< when you get green numbers on the characteristics what does that mean

Green numbers mean that a stat has been increased either by genetic power or by a gene. Take for example Quickmind gene. It increases Intelligence by 50%, so Intelligence will be coloured green. The same is true in the opposite direction, if you have a negative gene, the affected stat will be red. 

Genetic Power gives a bonus to each and every stat, so colours everything green (unless the pet has such a bad gene that the negative impact outweighs the bonus granted by Genetic Power).
